As the hands-on expert for your assigned properties, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of the community. Your expertise in maintenance, repairs, and preventative care will be crucial in creating a well-maintained and comfortable living environment for our valued residents.Responsibilities:
•Preventative Maintenance:
Regularly perform and document inspections, ensuring all property systems and components are in optimal condition. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate. •Repairs & Upkeep:
Execute a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. •Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff by addressing potential hazards promptly. •Work Order Management:
Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and resident needs. Keep accurate records of all completed work and materials used. •Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when specialized services are required. Oversee the quality of their work to ensure it meets community standards. •Inventory Management:
Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary materials are available for routine maintenance and repairs. •Resident Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with residents to keep them informed about ongoing repairs and maintenance schedules. •Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the community manager and other staff to ensure seamless property operations. Provide input on maintenance-related budget needs and assist in training new maintenance team members. Who You Are •Maintenance Expert:

A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a related field. •Technical Expertise:
Proven ability in performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs. •Problem-Solving Skills:
Demonstrated success in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. •Customer Service:
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction through timely and effective service. • Attention toDetail:
Meticulous in performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. •Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, contractors, and vendors, while also managing independent tasks. •Technological Proficiency:
Comfortable using maintenance management software and other relevant technologies for tracking work orders and managing inventory. •Licenses & Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties are required. •Work Authorization:
