Job Responsibilities Preventive Plumbing Maintenance- Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. System Inspections
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing components, identifying wear, hazards, or performance issues before they become major problems. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Diagnose plumbing malfunctions using testing devices and technical knowledge to determine root causes and corrective actions. Repairs & Component Replacement
- Repair or replace defective piping, faucets, leaks, and other plumbing components to restore safe operation. Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain plumbing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Documentation & Reporting
- Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and repair recommendations using Service Titan or similar software. Code & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to national plumbing codes and local building regulations while following strict safety protocols. Collaboration
- Work closely with service technicians, supervisors, and homeowners to coordinate maintenance schedules and communicate system conditions clearly. Emergency Response
- Provide timely support for urgent plumbing issues requiring immediate maintenance attention. Qualifications Experience
- 3+ years as an Plumbing Maintenance Technician, Residential Plumber, or similar role. Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, preventive maintenance practices, and diagnostic tools. Software Skills
- Experience with Service Titan or comparable maintenance/service software preferred. Attention to Detail
- Ability to identify early signs of plumbing issues and maintain accurate maintenance records. Communication Skills
- Ability to explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners and team members. Driver's License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements
