Pool Service Technician & Laborer Field Team (Full-Time)

Role Summary Pools Plus is hiring both experienced Pool Service Technicians and entry-level Laborers to join our field team serving residential customers across Rhode Island. Whether you are an experienced equipment repair specialist or someone looking to build a long-term career in pool installation and service, we offer hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and stable full-time work. Position 1: Pool Service Technician (Experienced) Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, valves and controllers Perform routine service visits: cleaning, filter maintenance, water testing and chemical balancing Complete seasonal openings and closings Install or assist with equipment upgrades and plumbing/electrical related to pool systems Maintain accurate work orders and recommend preventative solutions Maintain company vehicles, tools and inventory Qualifications 2+ years hands-on experience with pool equipment and field service Strong troubleshooting skills Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license with clean record Position 2: Pool Laborer (Entry-Level / Install Support) Key Responsibilities Move pool liners, pumps, filters and equipment on site Assist with openings and closings Support equipment installs and basic plumbing tasks Maintain clean and organized job sites and trucks Follow direction from technicians and crew leads Qualifications Comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50+ lbs Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn pool systems and basic chemistry Valid driver's license preferred
