Must have hands-on experience in building maintenance issues and trades. Seeking organized, professional worker who can perform daily construction & maintenance activities with staff members and sub-contractors. Must have valid driver's license and be able to plow snow with company truck and coordinate snow removal and grounds keeping services for all properties . Must be on call for emergency services at residential apartment complexes .
