This position offers a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience working within a manufacturing facility, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools Repair or replace defective components such as motors, belts, sensors, valves, and wiring Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure machinery operates within specifications Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Conduct welding (including <

LOCATION

> welding) and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment Operate field service tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, low voltage testers, and high voltage testers Assist with installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing systems Follow safety protocols related to high voltage, HVAC/R systems, and industrial mechanics Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance Experience Candidates should have a minimum of three years of industrial mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

Proven knowledge of industrial maintenance practices across various systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and mechanical components Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics interpretation Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation Skills in welding (including <

LOCATION

> welding), fabrication, and troubleshooting complex machinery Experience with HVAC/R systems maintenance and repair is advantageous Strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately Knowledge of industrial electrician practices involving low voltage and high voltage systems Customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external field service providers Military background or technical training in related fields is considered a plus This role offers an engaging work environment where proactive maintenance directly impacts production success.
