  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic property management team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of residential properties. Your expertise will help create a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, contributing directly to property excellence and tenant satisfaction. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and structural components using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct residential painting projects to maintain property aesthetics and address cosmetic repairs efficiently. Operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated systems. Execute welding tasks and mechanical repairs to support facilities maintenance needs. Supervise or assist with facilities upgrades, renovations, or remodeling projects while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Lead or support team members in maintenance tasks, fostering a collaborative environment with a focus on safety and quality. Requirements Facilities maintenance within residential or commercial settings; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively a plus not required. Mechanical aptitude with skills in plumbing, painting, and general repair work. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and residents clearly
  • Spanish is a plus but not required.
Proficiency generally with tools for carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping tools Knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial maintenance practices is advantageous but not required. GC license is a plus not required. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise or mentor junior staff effectively.
