We currently own and manage nearly 300 residential units and 100,000 SQFT of commercial space.

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a "team player." Daily and weekly responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Good attitude, excellent customer service skills, and enjoys problem-solving Ensure all maintenance requests are completed within the allotted time frame and to quality standards Complete tasks as assigned that assist with the upkeep of the physical property, buildings, and property equipment The care and upkeep of the exterior grounds, including snow and ice removal as needed Cleaning interior spaces in common areas of properties as needed Maintenance Technicians are in constant need to be on their feet and participating in physical labor. They must have the ability to bend/squat/climb stairs/push/pull/climb ladders/move furniture, etc Competency relating to Electrical and Plumbing Well-versed in HVAC repair preferred, competency required Ability to communicate with the office regularly on the status of work projects Routine inspections of all properties

Position Requirements:

Must have strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation An assortment of basic hand tools i.e. screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc. Must have Cell phone capable of operating a number of applications required for the job At least 5 years of maintenance or building engineering or related field experience required Field-based position, 40+ hours per week, Monday- Friday, and emergency after-hours/on-call rotating schedule (once a month)

Compensation:

Overall compensation package based on experience 9 paid Holidays per year Two weeks of Paid Time off Healthcare insurance coverage available Hourly Range $23-$30 depending on experience
