Now Hiring | Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician Green Light Management - 5.0 Providence, RI Job Details From $32 an hour 15 hours ago Full Job Description We are a boutique short-term rental and hospitality company currently seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment locations in the Providence area.
Compensation:
$32/hour
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of apartment units Handle simple repair tasks such as lighting, locks, furniture, outlets, leaks, and minor equipment issues Respond to occasional guest maintenance requests and urgent issues Assist with property upkeep and coordinate with housekeeping staff when needed
Qualifications:
Basic handyman / maintenance experience preferred Reliable, responsible, and good communication skills Flexible schedule and availability Having a personal vehicle is strongly preferred, as properties are located at different nearby locations
Position Details:
Flexible working hours Multiple apartment properties located within short driving distance Long-term cooperation opportunity available Experience in hotels, apartments, or property maintenance is a plus.
