Apartment Maintenance Technician

$500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment! Seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for high-end luxury property located in Beaufort, SC.

EPA & CPO

Certification preferred, Apartment Industry Experience a plus. Must have knowledge of minor appliance repairs (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.) along with HVAC and swimming pool maintenance, make-ready/turn experience, special projects, common area, and building upkeep. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation. Starting pay of $23/hour based on prior multi-family apartment maintenance tech experience, with EPA and CPO certifications. 401K with employer matching, Dental, Health, Vision, Life insurance.
