The Asphalt Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Asphalt and Parking Lots. We work on government facilities, so all applicants will have to pass background checks and random drug tests. Applicants must have a clean driving record. Must be available to work weekends and nights. Must be able to handle working outside and in hot weather conditions. This is a hands-on position that requires experience with various types of heavy equipment operation. Position starts at $20.00 per hour. Health care benefits and possible overtime Experience Prior experience operating heavy construction equipment. Construction site experience with familiarity in site preparation tasks. Strong understanding of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation and construction environments. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
