Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, including electrical systems, hydraulics, and the use of various tools and equipment. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using tools such as voltmeters. Fabricate parts as needed to repair or enhance equipment functionality. Operate scissor lifts and other machinery safely while performing maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial mechanic is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications. Familiarity with hydraulics and the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems effectively. Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
