About the Role As a Master-Level Remodeler/Handyman, you'll work on a wide variety of residential projects ranging from small handyman tasks to full remodels. Typical projects may include ceiling fan installations, flooring, trim work, tile installation, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and more. No two days are the same, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently. What You'll Do Complete residential remodeling and handyman projects with professionalism and attention to detail Communicate directly with customers before appointments Review daily schedules and job details through our smartphone scheduling app Arrive prepared with the appropriate tools and materials Take before-and-after photos and collect customer approvals/signatures Adjust estimates when additional work is required (change orders) Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship Schedule Typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours Flexible scheduling accommodations may be available when reasonable Most technicians complete 1-2 jobs per day depending on project scope Growth Opportunities Cransten offers three experience tiers: Handyman Journeyman Master This posting is for our Master-level position , but regardless of where you start, we are committed to helping our team members continue developing their skills and advancing within the company.
