As part of MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 70 years of hospitality excellence, Cambria Hotel is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. As Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the hotel. From routine maintenance to repair tasks, your expertise helps ensure our guests enjoy a flawless and memorable experience. In this role, you will: Perform general maintenance tasks Complete preventative maintenance duties to support facility upkeep and equipment performance Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Read and interpret specifications and work orders to complete assignments accurately Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and guest safety are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance equipment Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance requests promptly Follow resort safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We're looking for candidates with: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
