Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, production processes, and general facility systems. In this role, you will handle both preventative and reactive maintenance (mechanical and electrical) with a focus on safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

Qualifications Education/Experience:

2-year Mechatronics degree preferred, OR 5+ years of relevant experience required.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting; ability to read schematics/prints.

Core Competencies:

Advanced problem-solving, shop math, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills.

Safety:

Strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations. Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously (above shoulder height and below the waist). Good close vision and depth perception.

salary:

$51,500 - $75,000 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 11 PM - 7

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, combustion, and electrical control systems.

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform scheduled PMs and daily inspections on production equipment and molding presses.

Equipment Upgrades:

Install and modify machinery to improve safety, reliability, and operation.

Technical Skills:

Read blueprints/schematics; perform welding, fabrication, and torch-cutting.

Safety & Admin:

Maintain accurate daily paperwork, uphold clean work areas, and strictly follow all EHS regulations.
