Maintenance Technician 3 years experience required

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in multifamily facilities maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, some painting, HVAC repairs, filter changes and appliance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair service issues in a timely manner
• Maintain and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and fixtures
• Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs completed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC systems
• Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with tenants or residents

Preferred Skills:
