Part Time Maintenance Tech Island Realty - 3.5 Isle of Palms, SC Job Details Part-time $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Maintenance inventory management Maintaining an organized workspace Guest relations Field service Maintenance work Clean workspace maintenance Facilities maintenance Entry level Air conditioning Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description Respond to all maintenance issues/requests as directed by office staff Evaluate maintenance needs to determine if a repair can be made by an in house technician or if an outside vendor is necessary to resolve the issue Deliver, retrieve, and track all company loaner items, included but not limited to refrigerators, window unit air conditioners, televisions, etc. Keep shop and workspace clean and organized at all times Take assigned and keep inventory of shop supplies and report to office when low Close work orders as completed in the field to ensure prompt billing by office staff Maintain a professional, customer service oriented demeanor while interacting with guests, owners, and other employees Provide general maintenance information for guests and owners in the field Resolve guest or owner issues with great care and effectiveness Perform other duties as requested
