Maintenance Technician :

Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and diagnose issues. Perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment and facility components. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime. Test electrical systems and wiring using diagnostic devices. Complete basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication repairs as needed. Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
