PRN Maintenance Technician:

Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented work environment A hands ‑on role where your work directly enhances resident comfort and community appeal Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in a rapidly expanding company Primary Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Follow the preventative maintenance program established by the Director of Facility Management Perform ongoing interior and exterior maintenance tasks, including paint touch‑ups, building walkthroughs, grounds readiness, lighting checks, gutter clearing, pathway upkeep, and removal of trash/debris Use strong time management skills to complete tasks within company time frames Ensure that all buildings and grounds remain clean, presentable, and welcoming to residents, families, guests, and prospects Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records for all systems and equipment, including: Fire sprinkler system Fire extinguishers Fire monitoring system Kitchen hood cleaning Elevator inspections Boiler permits Nurse call system Emergency backup generator Company vehicles HVAC and PTAC units Assist new residents and their families with move in support and discharge related tasks Contribute to a safe, orderly, and well-maintained community environment Requirements Experience & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must have painting experience Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance Previous construction experience or background coordinating building repairs Valid driver's license and safe driving record A caring heart and willingness to serve seniors Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
