Industrial Maintenance Technician

Mancor Industries is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience to support our manufacturing operations in Lugoff, SC. We are looking for a multi-craft technician who can diagnose equipment issues efficiently, identify root causes, and help improve equipment reliability and uptime across the facility. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose electrical and PLC-related machine faults
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, encoders, VFDs, vision systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment Experience Preferred With
• PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic
• Robotic welders (Yaskawa, OTC, Fanuc)
• Press brakes
• Sheet & tube lasers
• Tube benders
• Stamping presses
• Powder coating and pretreatment systems
• Conduit bending and electrical cable installation Qualifications
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with 220V / 440V / 480V systems
• Multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to identify root causes and solve complex equipment issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
