Full Job Description Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Complete tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, framing, drywall repairs, siding and tile work.
- Inspect properties and identify any issues or areas in need of repair
- Arrive at scheduled service appointments in a timely manner
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and dry wall repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
