Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable, honest and motivated Part-Time/ Potential FT Maintenance Worker to help maintain our offices. This position offers flexible hours, competitive wages and potential benefits.

Main responsibilities:

Change air filters and light bulbs as needed. Clear clogged AC drain lines. Perform minor plumbing tasks. Leaf blowing and maintaining a clean parking lot. Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure the property stays in top condition. Assist in keeping properties clean and organized for tenants. Landscape maintenance. Other tasks as assigned to maintain a high standard of property upkeep.

Requirements :

Must have reliable transportation. Pass background check. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks (training will be provided as necessary) Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs. Positive attitude and excellent communication.
