Cleaning Technician / Vacation Rental Turnover Specialist Bakerss Property Maintenance Myrtle Beach, SC Area About Us Bakerss Property Maintenance is a full-service property maintenance company serving Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Conway, Surfside Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and surrounding areas. We provide residential and commercial cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, pool maintenance, and property maintenance services. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service. This position primarily focuses on vacation rental turnovers and interior cleaning services, with opportunities for additional hours in other divisions as our company continues to grow. Primary ResponsibilitiesResidential & Commercial Cleaning Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Dust and sanitize furniture, countertops, work surfaces, and high-touch areas Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas Clean mirrors, glass doors, windows, and fixtures Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners Ensure all properties meet Bakerss quality standards before completion Vacation Rental Turnovers (Airbnb / VRBO) Perform complete turnover cleaning between guest stays Strip, replace, and make beds to guest-ready standards Launder linens and towels when required Restock guest amenities including toiletries, paper products, coffee, and hospitality items Conduct final quality inspections prior to guest arrival Report property damage, missing items, maintenance concerns, or safety issues immediately Ensure every property is presented in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition Quality Control & Reporting Take photos when required Complete job checklists accurately Communicate property concerns to management promptly Maintain professional interactions with clients, guests, and team members Follow all company procedures and safety standards Additional Earning Opportunities Team members interested in additional hours may have opportunities to work in other Bakerss divisions, including: Pool Cleaning & Pool Maintenance Lawn Care & Landscaping Pressure Washing Property Maintenance & Handyman Services Seasonal Property Inspections Storm Preparation & Cleanup Cross-training opportunities are available for motivated individuals seeking year-round employment and career growth.
