Facility Maintenance Technician:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine performance Support production by responding quickly to maintenance needs and equipment failures Analyze downtime issues and help improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Coordinate repairs and upgrades with outside contractors when needed Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

Skills and Experience:

What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience working with PLC systems (Allen Bradley experience is a plus) Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and manufacturing operations Electrical certification or industrial electronics training preferred Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus Experience with TPM systems, honing, or machining is helpful We hire
