Duties Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall installation or repair Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, flooring repairs, and fixture replacements Troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions promptly Inspect properties regularly to identify potential problems before they escalate Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set in repairs and maintenance Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general construction practices Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics with ease Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing) are a plus but not mandatory This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to make a tangible impact through their craftsmanship.
