Maintenance Technician

This Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out the service processes of the property to ensure our community members have a well-maintained apartment home.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist. Perform duties necessary to restore apartments to "market ready" status in a timely manner and in accordance with the Company's Apartment Make Ready Policy Assist and supervise sub-contractors while they are on the property. Maintain service shop so that it is safe, clean, and well organized, with adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience

HVAC, EPA, CPO

certifications preferred Top notch customer service skills and basic computer skills Ability to multi-task and work independently Rotating after-hours on-call availability, rotating weekends Valid Driver's License We offer an environment that encourages education and advancement.
