This role offers hands‑on work with advanced robotics, high‑speed conveyor systems, and modern automation in a fast‑paced environment. You'll be critical to equipment reliability, uptime, and overall operational performance from day one. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Install, calibrate, and optimize automated equipment Support a high‑volume 24/7 operation Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred Experience CMMS experience Strong preventive maintenance Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of controls and safety standards Compensation & Benefits Medical benefits starting Day 1 401(k) with company match Up to 20 weeks paid parental leave Company‑provided FR workwear and composite‑toe footwear Growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling facility Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 49 lbs Ability to stand and walk for up to 12‑hour shifts This is a high‑demand role at a newly launched, technology‑driven site.
