Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience, and a proactive approach to keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on: mixing & processing equipment including Ribbon Blenders, Kettles, Grinders, and Pellet Mills, material handling systems including vacuum conveyance systems, screw conveyors, and powered conveyors, packaging equipment including bottling lines, form/fill/seal machines, and ultrasonic sealers. Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and maintain maintenance records Work closely with production teams to support efficient plant operations Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Qualifications 2-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Basic electrical knowledge including motors, sensors, and wiring Experience working with conveyors, pumps, or processing equipment Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For Dependable, motivated, and solution-oriented professionals Someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment A technician who takes pride in preventative maintenance and minimizing downtime
