What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in pool cleaning and routine pool maintenance Solid understanding of pool water chemistry, testing, and chemical adjustments Ability to identify common pool equipment or service issues and communicate them clearly Experience working independently and managing a daily service route Reliable transportation to and from work Clean driving record and clean criminal background Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexibility to work overtime during the busy season when needed
