Duties Perform routine inspections of buildings, fixtures, and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks Install or replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed to enhance facility functionality Troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions promptly Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and maintenance schedules Collaborate with team members or contractors on larger projects or specialized repairs Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes to create a secure environment Experience Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role demonstrating versatility across multiple trades Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics when necessary Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward addressing issues Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks efficiently Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues accurately Join us as a Handyman and bring your energetic spirit and technical expertise to maintain our facilities at their best!
