What you´ll do Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization What makes you a good fit One year certification from college or technical school, or 6 months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
