Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Maintenance Employee, where your expertise keeps our property running smoothly and ensures an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the hotel, troubleshooting issues, and performing simple repairs. Your proactive approach and skills will help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities Complete maintenance report daily to ensure all issues are dealt with in a timely manner with a customer service-oriented attitude Some daily tasks include keeping grounds clean, cleaning pool, helping HSK with tasks Maintain records of all work done and inventory of supplies Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and prevent issues before they arise to ensure our guests have a great experience Skilled in general handyman tasks Collaborate with management on complex repairs, demonstrating leadership and supervising experience when applicable Experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical repair, or related fields within hospitality or manufacturing environments is a plus Knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC units, plumbing, and building automation systems is a plus Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests effectively
