Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job description: Store More Rentals is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Property & Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep, improvement, and operation of our storage properties and related projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, and working on a variety of property improvement projects. This is a long-term opportunity with flexibility for the right individual. Work varies by season and project, offering a mix of property maintenance, light construction, and equipment operation rather than repetitive production work.

Responsibilities:

General maintenance and upkeep of storage buildings and property Property improvements including light construction and repair projects Grounds maintenance Operation of equipment such as skid steers, tractors, and power tools Assist with small building projects, site prep, and improvements Property inspections and identifying maintenance needs Towing and hauling with pickups and trailers as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Occasional tenant interaction in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision Reliable, trustworthy, and strong work ethic Take pride in fixing and improving things Experience operating equipment General construction or property maintenance Comfortable operating trucks and towing trailers Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors Willingness to learn new skills Like variety instead of repetitive work Valid driver's license References required

Compensation & Benefits:
