Job Description

We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and machinery Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Diagnose and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, motor controls, and sensors Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming adjustments Maintain and repair hydraulic systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Support equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company safety standards Qualifications Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) preferred Ability to work with hydraulics, motors, drives, and conveyors Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

$45-$55
