Entry Level Maintenance Technician (Landscaping & Facilities)

Entry Level Maintenance Tech:

Full Time Caymas Boats is looking for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to assist with general property maintenance and landscaping duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and learning basic maintenance skills. Responsibilities include maintaining landscaping appearance, assisting with repairs, and helping keep facilities clean and safe. .

What you will do:

Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting Water lawns, shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas Remove trash, leaves, and debris from grounds and common areas Assist with basic maintenance repairs such as painting, changing light bulbs, and minor equipment repairs Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor spaces Assist with seasonal property upkeep such as snow removal or leaf collection (if applicable) Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors Follow company safety procedures and use protective equipment when required Support other maintenance team members as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is helpful but not required Ability to operate or learn to operate lawn care and maintenance equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred Valid driver's license may be required
