Maintenance Technician Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the night shift. As a Multi-craft Electro-mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position is based in Clinton, TN, and involves working on a 2,2,3 schedule. Responsibilities Work independently on small jobs during training. Actively build knowledge of equipment. Demonstrate strong common sense in all duties. Potentially perform toilet operator duties on a rotational or situational basis. Mechanical trainees may advance toward becoming full mechanics. Successfully pass the interview process. Essential Skills Industrial troubleshooting. Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Mechanical and electrical skills. Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with troubleshooting on rollers and extrusion machines. Ability to run manual mill and lathe is a plus. Why Work Here? • $31.44 topout Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.50
• $30.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
