Pool Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of swimming pools, providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Repair and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs needed, and any additional services offered. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
