Job Description
Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance. Maintain campsites, buildings and resort amenities. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues. Assist with ground keeping and property upkeep. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Mowing with a zero turn and trimming. General maintenance and repair experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience operating maintenance equipment and tools. Electrical and or Plumbing experience is a plus. Previous campground, RV park, Hotel or facility maintenance experience preferred.
