2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a hands-on maintenance tech who's ready to work and learn on real production equipment. You'll be responsible for helping keep the plant running by working on: Stamping presses and brake presses Aluminum die cast and plastic injection molding machines Basic robotic equipment and automation systems Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Day-to-day work includes: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when it breaks Doing preventive maintenance so it doesn't break Helping with basic electrical and control issues Assisting with PLC troubleshooting (no expertise needed, but you need to be willing to learn) Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals Working with senior techs to learn the more complex stuff What We're Looking For industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills Some exposure to PLCs or controls is a plus Willingness to learn ladder logic and grow into controls work Able to work with your hands, troubleshoot, and think through problems Reliable, safety-minded, and shows up ready to work What You Get Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full benefits: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off + holidays Training and development from experienced maintenance techs Clear path to grow into a full multi-craft technician role About us At Onward Manufacturing Company Limited, we are a proudly North American, Family-owned manufacturer of premium quality, high performance gas barbecue and related accessories.
