Job Description

Dyersburg Housing Authority is seeking a candidate to perform a variety of duties in the maintenance and repairs of its buildings and grounds. Must have experience in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment including HVAC systems to identify problem areas. Candidate must be able to work with hand tools, construction, lawn and power equipment, and serve in the rotation for on-call after hours emergencies. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years experience related to construction, maintenance, repairs, painting, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver's License and be an insurable driver. Background check includes a physical and drug screen. Applications will be taken until the position is filled.
