Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gallatin, TN, 37066. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and equipment reliability. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred. Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
