Skilled Handyman Technician Punch List Heroes - Nashville, TN Punch List Heroes is a growing, family-owned home improvement company serving the greater Nashville area. We specialize in high-quality residential punch-list work and small home upgrades. We are seeking a Skilled Handyman Technician who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in professional craftsmanship. Job Responsibilities Perform residential punch-list and repair work across multiple trades Electrical installations Drywall repair, patching, and minor texture matching Interior painting and paint touch-ups Install and repair trim, doors, hardware, and fixtures Light carpentry, caulking, and finish detailing Install wall treatments such as shiplap, board and batten, and feature walls Minor plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets, switches; no major rough-ins) Work on ladders and ceilings as needed Maintain clean, organized job sites and protect finished spaces Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members Requirements Proven experience as a handyman or multi-trade technician Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working on ladders and ceilings; not afraid of heights Fluent in English Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Able to lift 50 lbs and safely operate hand and power tools Professional attitude and customer-service mindset Skills Preferred Finish trim carpentry Drywall texture matching Door and hardware installation Light plumbing and electrical experience Residential remodel or renovation experience Experience working in occupied homes Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Company vehicle and gas provided Tools and equipment provided Opportunity for growth and advancement How to Apply Email your experience and contact information to: Chris@punchlistheroes.com Photos of previous work are a plus.
