Maintenance Technician

One of our manufacturing clients in the Hendersonville, TN area is currently in need of a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, responding to equipment breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure maximum production uptime.

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial production equipment Diagnose and repair issues involving pneumatics, servo systems, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery Work with HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) to troubleshoot equipment faults and production issues Complete preventative maintenance (PMs) and routine inspections on machinery and facility equipment Respond quickly to production downtime and equipment failures Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong mechanical maintenance background required Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Technical schooling or maintenance certifications are a plus You should be proficient in: Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Pneumatics Experience 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Conveyor Chain Replacement Hydraulics Experience Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Electrical Troubleshooting Pneumatics Troubleshooting Hydraulic Systems & Components Machines & technologies you'll use: Servo Motors
