Maintenance Tech:

Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices. Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents. On - Call every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs. You will be compensated for being on call and a paid 8hr day off in the week for this. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1 - 3 years experience in commercial/apartment building maintenance preferred. Must be able to pass a drug screen, TB Skin Test and Background check . Be willing to be "On-Call" every other weekend - compensation for this is given and a paid day off in the week. Wages Start at $25/hour to $29/hr pending years of experience. All Wages are negotiable. $1000 sign on bonus is offered along with annual raises and stay bonuses.
