Job Description

Rusken Packaging is hiring to join our Jackson, Tennessee, team! Rusken Packaging is a dynamic, modern, integrated corrugated packaging company. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual capable of handling working with machinery in an environment requiring cooperation with a wide variety of employees for our Jackson, TN facility! Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. Work with sensors, limit switches, power transmission equipment, and bearings. Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed. Maintain and troubleshoot pumps (air and electric). Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations. Use CMMS to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives. Perform regular preventative maintenance services and checks on equipment. Requirements Must have Industrial Maintenance Technician and Electrical Systems certificate from trade school or equivalent experience. Prefer 1 year or more industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing Able to work OT as needed.
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00/HR Based on experience.
