What You'll Do As a Skilled Technician, you'll handle a variety of residential home repair and improvement tasks. You'll be trusted to solve problems, communicate clearly with clients, and take ownership of your work from start to finish. No two days are the same, but your focus will always be quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Daily tasks may include:

Frame and trim carpentry (molding, framing, custom work) Light electrical (outlets, light fixtures, switches) Light plumbing (faucets, fixtures, basic repairs) Flooring installation (hardwood, tile, laminate, etc.) Drywall repair and installation Interior and exterior painting and staining Assembly of furniture, fixtures, and built-ins General handyman tasks and problem solving Who You Are We're looking for someone who is: Hungry

• You communicate clearly, understand how your work impacts others, and represent the company with professionalism You also have: At least 5 years of experience in home repair or construction A solid understanding of tools, materials, and techniques across multiple trades Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation The ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work indoors and outdoors, and safely operate tools What You'll Get Competitive pay : $18•$30 per hour based on experience and performance Work-life balance : Monday through Friday, 8 AM•5 PM, no nights or weekends
