Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to become part of our team at Comfort Suites. This role is responsible for keeping the property in excellent condition and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues Complete preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance calls Maintain grounds, parking areas, and exterior spaces as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed High school diploma or equivalent
