Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Hotel Property Lebanon, TN Full-Time / Part-Time Available We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team in Lebanon, TN. This position plays an important role in ensuring our property remains clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for all guests. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while responding quickly to property needs. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the property Address guest room maintenance requests in a timely manner Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues Complete painting, drywall, flooring, and minor carpentry repairs Maintain public areas, exterior spaces, and back-of-house areas Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed Assist management with special projects and inspections as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance experience required Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts Weekend and holiday availability may be required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Positive work environment Opportunities for advancement Hotel employee travel discounts (where applicable) If you are dependable, hands-on, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we would love to hear from you!
