Job Title:
Senior Maintenance Technician Job Description The Manufacturing Technician plays a crucial role by providing a variety of technical services, including electrical and mechanical, to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our automated production equipment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment promptly and thoroughly to minimize downtime. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and adjust preventative maintenance requirements over time as necessary. Perform preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Perform calibration activities. Install and monitor new equipment. Complete all required paperwork, work orders, inventory requests, and requisitions. Keep the shop and lab area clean and organized. Responsible for working in the cleanroom and troubleshooting machines. Essential Skills High School Diploma Technical Certification is a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience or a combination of experience and education. Capable of troubleshooting automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics. Experience with automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to perform mechanical disassembly, repairs, and reassembly of complicated equipment. Proficient use of all hand and power tools. Demonstrated working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, lubrication, electrical systems, and industrial automation. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions. Proficient in PC applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to utilize factory applications such as CMMS software and inventory software. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
