Technician - Pool Cleaning & Maintenance

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and removing debris to maintain optimal water clarity and hygiene. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Repair or replace faulty equipment using hand tools and power tools to ensure continuous operation and safety. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and pool conditions for each client site. Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation of new pool equipment or upgrades following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and clients' property. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues with pool equipment and systems. Experience with equipment repair, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems. Proficiency in pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing. Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers) and power tools safely and effectively. Service technician experience preferred; ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently. Knowledge of maintenance best practices for pools and related equipment.
