Maintenance Technician 34-01

Minimum 1-2 years apartment maintenance experience required HVAC Certified Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, appliances, and painting for make-ready turns Ability to prioritize work assignments and manage time effectively Good customer service skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with residents Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features; manage the turn-key operations; and work directly with the Property Manager Ability to work as a team player, work independently, take direction from supervisors, and demonstrate strong communication skills Work with vendors and assist with ordering and managing maintenance supplies Must have reliable transportation and provide own basic tools Must be able to climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to participate in after-hours on-call emergencies as needed
